I know, I know. Another post about farmers markets, gardening, food. I’m such a domestic hippie these days *rolls eyes*. I promise I’ll write something exciting soon.

Saturday morning sees downtown Auckland sporting a farmers’ market. It’s just a small turn-out most weeks, but quite adequate for my needs. There’s a good vibe, live music & most importantly eco-friendly farmers that grow great organic produce.

This week however, I wasn’t in the market for much. Really, I just had a hankering for pizza (again!) & went to get some of the awesome pizza bases the baker there makes (best ever) & some freshly picked spinach.

And off home again..

The pizza-craving was good timing cos my capsicum plants were going off like a frog in a sock this week!

I know I’ve gone on about these little guys before, but I gotta give them a pat on the back. They just keep giving!
